The exclusive beachside community of Sandyland Cove in Carpinteria awaits you. Enjoy private beach access with prime views of the ocean, salt marsh, and the Channel Islands. You’ll be a minute’s drive or a twenty-minute walk from the downtown area of Carpinteria to enjoy a fresh seafood dinner and beer tasting at one of the local breweries.
The sprawling Ranch style home offers 100’ of private beachfront. The U-shaped floor plan has a central outdoor patio complete with a fireplace to take the chill out of the crisp ocean breeze. Another fireplace in the Living Room and a wood-burning stove in the Family Room make the interior just as cozy as the exterior. There are three distinctive sleeping areas that make this a perfect home to be enjoyed by multiple families. Three rooms have twin beds for kids and each sleeping area has its own bathroom.
