We are neatly located south of Santa Barbara at the beach. Rincon Point is one of the most famous surf breaks on the California coast. Steps to the sand, a one-minute walk to the beach.
You are welcome to come and enjoy enchanting Rincon Point.

"Queen of The Coast" home offers five bedrooms, new carpet, a lawn and tropical landscape, and a poker table. Well-appointed for all your needs, from a well-equipped kitchen to surfboards, beach gear, and various wet suits. Four bedrooms are upstairs in the main house and two full baths. Downstairs we have a half bath. Steps from the house is a cozy guest cottage that sits alone with no bathroom. The downstairs bathroom in the house is for the cottage.

Remodeled chef's kitchen, fully equipped, includes a Wolf stove, new Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Gas Barbeque, and everything you need to create excellent, memorable meals.

All the comforts of home with a resort feeling. Lush tropical landscaped, large private yard with outdoor living includes a fire pit, outdoor shower, BBQ, hot tub, outdoor seating, and dining area: deck and ping pong table. After a full day at the beach, relax under the stars in the jacuzzi or discover downtown Santa Barbara, Montecito, or nearby Carpinteria.

Our home is perfect for families. We are in a gated, quiet neighborhood and must screen our guests. You may instantly book; however, if you are not a proper fit, you may be asked to cancel. No parties or venues are allowed.

***Please note that house and neighborhood rules must be followed in a private gated community. You may be evicted and lose your security deposit if regulations are disregarded.

***Please note. We will not accept large breed dogs that are Pit Bulls, German shepherds, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Massives, or any other dog that is aggressive or barks. You may be evicted if a dog such as that shows up. Only well-trained and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

****We will not rent to parties under the age of thirty. This is not a home for graduation parties, bachelor parties, or those types of gatherings.

Beautiful spot

Took a week off from work to spend time with my family in California. This spot was perfect for just relaxing and walking the beach. House is very comfy. Neighborhood is amazing and very private. We really enjoyed taking walks through the neighborhood and associated beaches to watch the surfers. Hot tub is a nice touch especially after a surf session. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

A lovely beachside oasis for a family

Katie and the ‘Queen of the Coast’ literally saved our family vacation. We had family and friends from Virginia, Florida, Texas, California, Germany and Australia coming to my wedding. After a disaster at another rental, we were left without a place to go and Katie was welcoming and kind. Filled with beautiful artwork, the house was perfect for our group. Fabulous kitchen, cathedral ceilings, cozy bedrooms, plus the fire pit and hot tub…there was plenty of space to be together - or alone. A community gate to the beach was just steps away and we all loved watching the surfers and collecting shells. I cannot imagine a better experience for our family. Thank you, Katie! We are so grateful!

Surf weekend with the family

We had such a nice stay at this Rincon House! Location was amazing. Katie was so friendly and it was a perfect spot for families and kids with the hot tub, ping pong table, yard and proximity to the beach.

My wife Katie is in the photo, and the property manager. I am Scott Teter financial advisor for thirty years. A resident of Santa Barbara for over thirty years.

I moved to Santa Barbara in 1981 to go to school at UCSB and fell in love with the unique beauty that Santa Barbara has to offer. Few places in the world have south-facing beaches with 4000-foot mountains less than 10 miles away. You won't find better weather anywhere in the world.

Why they chose this property

Rincon Point is a magical place and has been for hundreds of years as the Chumash Indians made this there home. I feel in love with the private gated community with it's ocean breeze and salty air. The surf is some of the best in the world.

What makes this property unique

Once inside the gated enclave of Rincon Point the rest of the world just melts away with the fridge full of food and beverages you will not want to leave this little paradise. It has everything you need to just relax and unwind. If you want to go out you have the lovely beach town of Carpinteria with unique family-run shops and restaurants. Need to go shopping, or to the theater, Montecito, and Santa Barbara are just ten and thirteen miles up the coast.
