Beautiful single-family house "Anguilaga". In the district of Toscal, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 3 km from the sea. Private: garden 800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, surf school 3 km, tennis 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Super maison

La maison était super. L'agencement de l'extérieur et juste parfaite. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. S'il fallait dire quelque chose,ça serait qu'ils manquent des cousins pour les chaises longues et que la maison aurait pu être un peu plus propre a la remise des clés.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ds cette villa. Le wifi est très bon, aucuns problèmes mêmes avec 2 ados, comme dit ds certains commentaires. Interhome Javea super professionnel et accueillant. Manque peut-être pour être parfait 1 airco ds le salon, 1 machine à café individuel ( Nespresso…) et bcp moins de moustiques . Sinon belles prestations

La casa es súper cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien, varios ambientes increíbles y se cuidan todos los detalles. Lo único que me preocupó fue lo profundo de la piscina en su totalidad.

très belle villa avec beaucoup de volume. seul la qualité des chaises longues est a revoir car en plastique usée par le soleil. et pour un bien un séchoir pour pendre le linge aurait été parfait

Vacances en famille

Globalement, la villa est agréable, sa situation centrale donne une accessibilité aisée aux divers services et animations et une proximité avec la plage de Javea. En ce qui concerne la villa et ses équipements, la cuisine sise au 1er étage est un handicap, cela nécessite d'innombrables aller-retour lorsque l'on veut manger sur la terrasse du rez. Il n'y a pas vue su mer contrairement à ce qui est expliqué sur la publicité. La chambre enfant est équipée d'un grand lit à la place des deux prévus

Casa Anguilaga

Interhome es de confianza. Todo impecable, estado general muy bueno. La cocina en el piso superior estupenda pero nos ha resultado poco práctica. Cada habitación con su baño, mucha independencia. Como punto negativo que aunque figura un dormitorio con 2 camas de 90 al llegar vimos que sólo había una de 135, y pese a llamar ⁸no nos dieron solución ni opciones.

Alles wie erwartet

Das Haus war in guter Ordnung. Alles so wie auf interhome.ch beschrieben. Einzig war das WLAN nicht gerade das goldene vom Ei (nicht so schnell und tageweiser Ausfall) - im Jahr 2021 ist ein stabiles und funktionierendes WLAN kein Luxus mehr.

Superbe location avec une décoration moderne. Bel environnement plutôt intime, bien exposé au soleil. Idéal pour des vacances en famille, maison très fonctionnelle. Voiture indispensable! Le seul point négatif c'est le coût injustifié pour le ménage, les draps et les serviettes.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans maison très agréable, bien équipée et très bien placée (à 5mn de la mer et du centre de Javea). La literie est maintenant très bonne (sommier et matelas remplacé récemment , la douche à l italienne est un pur bonheur! 2 petits bémols toutefois: la piscine très profonde dès franchi la dernière marche et la mare a grenouilles idéale pour les moustiques. Je recommande malgré tout cette location!!! Nous sommes client depuis de très nombreuses années chez Interhome, et une fois de plus nous ne sommes pas déçu des prestations offertes! TOP Interhome!!!
