The lovingly furnished single room offers enough space for one person. In addition to a wardrobe and a bed with adjustable head and foot section, there is a table with 2 small armchairs, TV, pantry with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is equipped with vanity, shower and toilet. The single room has a small terrace with patio furniture and a parasol.
Quiet and centrally located detached house with landscaped Mediterranean garden with holiday accommodation and koi and goldfish aquarium. Shopping is less than 3 minutes from your accommodation. A bus stop and the ICE train station is in the immediate vicinity. The center and beach are only about 10 minutes.
