Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the pool bands and parking passes on the counter. Turn thermostat up to 76 please. there is a $25 fee per pass/band if they are lost or not returned, per the HOA.
Return the keys to the lock box with the code 0546.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
