About the space
This elegant, custom-designed single-story villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across 5,000 sq. ft. of refined living space on a private 2-acre estate. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a 20,000 sq. ft. manicured lawn and multiple areas designed for relaxation and entertainment.
Thoughtfully tailored for group stays, the home showcases numerous French doors that open to a courtyard adorned with market lights, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
Resort-style amenities include a large covered patio with ambient lighting, a sparkling pool and hot tub, an indoor 4–6 person sauna, and a fully equipped BBQ island with refrigerator. The entire estate is securely fenced for the safety of both guests and pets, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with 1 King, 5 Queen, and 2 Full beds. Folding beds are available to support flexible sleeping arrangements.
Pet-friendly for up to 3 dogs under 60 lbs (no cats). Pet fee applies for pets included in your reservation.
Driveway parking accommodates up to 10 vehicles; garage and street parking are not permitted.

Pool & Hot Tub
All stays include 3 hours of free tub heating nightly (End by 9:30 pm).
Guests staying 3 nights or more enjoy 5 hours of free tub heating nightly.
Pool heating available upon request for an additional fee; may be unavailable during colder months.

Special Occasions
Our villa is an ideal setting for intimate celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, or small family gatherings for STAYING GUESTS ONLY. While we welcome these meaningful moments, please note that large parties or events are not permitted in order to maintain the tranquility and safety of our community.

Guest access
Guest access: Guests have access to the entire villa, except the garage.

Other notes:
• Fireplaces are not operational
• Security cameras are installed outside the house for safety
• Noiseware installed to monitor noise levels (does not record sound, only noise levels)

Quiet hours & Noise Ordinances:
We are located in a peaceful neighborhood, and Riverside County enforces strict noise ordinances:
• Quiet hours: 9:30 pm - 8:30 am
• No amplified outdoor music
• No excessive shouting or yelling
• No loud vehicle exhaust or music

Important policies:
• All guests must follow local noise regulations, as per Riverside County Ordinances Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927.
• Violations of these rules may result in fines and immediate eviction.
• Wedding ceremonies and receptions are not allowed.
• The responsible guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older.
