The 25 m², completely renovated in May 2019, exclusive apartment, which is ideal for 2 people, is located on the 5th Floor with sea view (west side) and is easily accessible by elevator.

In the house where the apartment is located there is a heated swimming pool and a sauna.
Use of the apartment is free of charge for guests of the apartment.

Unterkunft gut - Umgebung nicht schön. Viele Verbotsschilder und man kommt gar nicht ans Wasser, weil alles Privatgrundstücke sind. Wir kommen nicht wieder, da wir am Wasser laufen wollen und nicht durch Wohnsiedlungen.

Das Gebäude ist dringend Sanierungsbedürftig. Zimmer war dreckig. Wir wurden jeden Morgen zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr von Stemmhammer Geräuschen oder anderen Baugeräuschen geweckt. Teilweise wurden nachts um 1 Uhr in dem Zimmer vermutlich über uns noch lautstark Möbel zusammengebaut. Der beworbene Pool ist dauerhaft geschlossen und nicht nutzbar. Der beworbene Meerblick ist nicht vorhanden, weil die Bäume zu hoch sind. Kommunikation läuft über eine Hausverwaltung. Beschwerden werden ignoriert. Nach mehrfachen nachfassen dann an den Vermieter weitergeleitet- der sich aber nie zurück meldet. Insgesamt sind wir sehr unzufrieden mit der Unterkunft und hätten diese nie gebucht, wenn die Anzeige den Tatsachen entsprechen würde. Möchte einen Teil meines Geldes zurückfordern. Mal sehen ob sich die Vermieterin zurückmeldet. Falls nicht muss ich überlegen meinen Anwalt einzuschalten - einfach nur aus Prinzip. Das ist pure Täuschung. Wir haben uns jedenfalls dazu entschieden den Urlaub zu verlängern - in einem Hotel direkt an einem Badestrand für den gleichen Preis.

sehr schön zurecht gemachtes, gut ausgestattetes kleines Appartment direkt am Ufer des Steinhuder Meeres. Preis-/Leistung sehr gut. zu beachten, dass Appartment befindet sich in einer großen Wohnanlage in der auch Dauermieter wohnen. Dadurch kann es zu Störungen durch Lärm oder Zigarettenrauch kommen

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, leider nicht ganz so sauber, wie erwartet!

Der Vermieter hat es ins Detail soooo liebevoll hergerichtet und man kann sich in dem Appartement echt wohl fühlen! Von der Sauberkeit nicht ganz so dolle und das Haus in dem das Apartment sich befindet ist etwas Sanitätsbedürftig!!! Ansonsten ok

Nette, kleine Wohnung in unschönem Ambiente

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, klein, aber modern eingerichtet, entspricht den Bildern. Die Anlage wirkt ungepflegt ( 70 er Jahre Hochhausbau, Fahradfriedhof neben dem Eingang, Unkraut sprießt überall, Kabel hängen aus der Decke im Eingang etc.) , der Zigarettenrauch der Balkone zog immer in unser Zimmer bei geöffneter Balkontüre , das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten leider das Pech einen lauten Mieter unter der Wohnung zu haben, hat uns zwei von drei Nächten den Schlaf geraubt ( reagierte auch gar nicht auf Bitten, die Musiklautstärke zu reduzieren), einen Morgen wurden wir von lauten Bohr- und Sägegeräuschen geweckt. Wir hatten leider das Gefühl von sozialem Wohnungsbau und haben unseren Urlaub nach drei Tagen abgebrochen. Aber wie gesagt, die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber recht schön.

Bett sehr gut und gemütlich. Raumaufteilung sehr gut. Leider haben wohl die Vormieter das feuchte Besteck ohne zu trocknen in die Schublade gelegt. Es war auf der Rückseite total rostig. Auch hatten wir Probleme beim parken. Ein Fahrzeug eines Steuerberatungsbüro hat wegen Überbreite seines Fahrzeugs unseren Parkplatz teilweise Mitbenutzung. So, das wir auf der Straße parken mussten. Appartement, Umgebung und natürlich das super Wetter haben uns trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub beschert.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt mit dem Ist-Zustand voll und ganz überein. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und kleines Appartement. In ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten ist der Stadtkern zu Fuß erreichbar.
