Our 40 m² apartment has a living / sleeping area with double bed (also separated), sitting area, satellite TV / radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and other self-evident electrical appliances. The bathroom is furnished with toilet and shower. Parking is available. The price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels as well as the cost of water, electricity and heating. We rent from 2 nights with a one-time final cleaning fee of 10 €, this will be omitted from 5 nights Our house with separate entrance to the apartment is located in a quiet location right in the center of the city of Sassnitz. Various restaurants, shops, etc. can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The city harbor with the longest outer mole in Europe is reached in about 7 minutes. The Jassmund National Park with its world-famous chalk cliffs invites you in the immediate vicinity of the apartment for long walks. White beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or by bus. Our 40 m² apartment has a living / sleeping room with double bed (also separated), sitting area and. Satellite TV, radio with CD player, DSL Internet via WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and other self-evident electrical appliances. The bathroom is furnished with toilet and shower. At the house is a small terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for our guests. Public parking is available. The price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels as well as the cost of water, electricity and heating. Sassnitz is a state-approved resort and charges its guests a seasonal tax from 0.80 to 1.50 €. This is payable to the landlord.

Nachdem uns die Unterkunft von der Vermieterin gezeigt wurde, war ich schon etwas traurig. Im Inserat stand nicht das es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt. Nach 2 Nächten haben wir einen starken Feuchtigkeitsgeruch wahrgenommenen , weswegen wir regelmäßig gelüftet haben. Am späten Abend zur dritten Nacht fanden wir an 2 Wänden einen starken Schimmelbefall. Da es zu spät war nach Hause zu fahren,haben wir widerwillig noch eine Nacht dort verbracht und sind am nächsten Morgen vorzeitig abgereist. Als Entschädigung haben wir 50 Euro von der Vermieterin erhalten. Das ist sehr unfair.
