My place is next to the Fiserv Forum (300 ft away), UW Panther Arena, Old World 3rd Street Entertainment District, Milwaukee Theater, Wisconsin Convention Center, PAC etc..
This condo has a lofted master bedroom and bathroom over a full kitchen with the second bedroom on the first floor. Save on booking two or three hotel rooms w/ one amazing spot and location. We provide 2 additional fold out queen size couches and 2 queen blow up mattresses.
Our 1500 sq foot condo is all yours for your stay. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Queen pull out couches, 2 queen air mattresses, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen make for an amazing stay. Our 16 foot ceilings and lofted master bedroom and bathroom are unique in this one of a kind downtown setting. The view of the park is amazing and we are just a half block walk to Old World 3rd Street which is full of Milwaukee's top Restaurants and downtown nightlife spots. We easily sleep 8 people up to a tight 14. There are 2 Queen blow up mattresses.
You will have complete access to your portion of the 3rd floor. This is a lofted condo with an enclosed bedroom (King Bed) with bathroom over the kitchen and a first floor Bedroom (Queen Bed) with a large living room with 2 pull out queen couches. We have 2 queen blow up mattresses so the space would then be able to sleep up to 12 to 14 people, but the comfortable number is 8 to 10 people for sleeping. You will be provided a punch code for front door access and also for your own suite.
Being a Milwaukee native and working downtown, we can give you decades of Milwaukee knowledge and experiences to enhance your trip and stay. We have connections to nearby restaurants if you would like to head out on the town.
Any towels that need replacement due to theft or make up removal will be charged at $20 per towel. Any kitchen items like glassware, plates, bowls, or utensils will be replaced at a charge of $10 each. All towels and items are logged before and after a guests stay.
Our Location is a half block from Old World 3rd St, which is Milwaukee's most diverse and popular restaurant and entertainment locations. There is plenty of day shopping at the Cheese Mart, Usingers, or Spice House. For dinner you have Maders, Ale Asylum, The Pub Club, Point Burger Express, Brass Alley, Carsons. Late night you have The Pub Club, Who's on 3rd, Red White and Blue Bar, Brat House to name a few. You cannot find a place closer to the BMO Bradley Center or UWM Panther Arena, they are literally next door.
There is a bus pick up a block away on the corner of Old World 3rd and state Street. There is plenty of Uber or Lyft ride service available. Also a block away at the Hyatt several taxis are usually sitting and waiting. You are within a mile of walking to a lot of what Milwaukee has to offer. The River Walk that goes up and down the river is a block away.
There isn't parking included in the stay. The best structure is located at 6th and State Street. It is very close by that you can keep your car. The parking on the street is not allowed from 3a to 6a.
We do offer a private 4 car garage for rent during your stay that is a block away. It is $25 per car per night and provide complete privacy and unlimited in and out access. IF there is a Fiserv Forum event expect to pay up to $40 for that day in the area.
There is a minimum 2 night stay during the week. We can make exceptions but will have to adjust pricing
You are on the 3rd floor, however our Condo is located in a Restaurant and Bar district and has noises outside that are associated with city life and business operations. We have found that trash pick up on Mondays can happen between 6am and 8am along with deliveries throughout the day. We have provided sound machines, fans, and ear plugs for those who are light sleepers or accustom to complete silence.
