The apartment is lined all around by a terrace with a view of the Hahnenkamm and offers plenty of space to relax with plenty of seating. The entire chalet has 3 parking spaces for common use.
In the absolutely quiet part of Kitzbühel you will find this newly designed Alpine style house. Skiing, golfing or hiking, everything in the immediate vicinity. The city center can be reached on foot in 7 minutes and with the view from the terrace you can see the Streif and the Hahnenkamm. The local lifts can be reached with the ski bus (Pfarrau car park), which is a 4-minute walk away. The Hahnenkamm and Hornbahn cable cars can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist aus altem, abgewohnten Mobiliar mit billigsten Accessoires zusammen gebastelt. Alle Installationen vollkommen lieblos und unfachmännisch. Duschstangen und Armaturen fallen von der Wand. Dreck und Unrat hinter allen Schränken und unter den Teppichen. Das zweite Badezimmer hat Toilette, Dusche und WC auf unter 2m² - völlig unzumutbar und nicht zu nutzen. Das Schlafzimmer ist so eng, dass nicht mal ein Schrank darin Platz findet und An- oder Ausziehen zum akrobatischen Akt werden. Die Emporenflächen sind zu der Gesamtfläche hinzu addiert und sind nur eigentlich größere Staufächer mit einer Höhe von 1,2 - 1,5 m. Die tatsächlich nutzbare Größe der Wohnung liegt unter 65m². Wir waren zwei Paare, die seit Jahren miteinander reisen - wir haben in sogenannten Drittländern schon deutlich besser und komfortabler gewohnt für weniger als 10 € pro Nacht. Über die Beschreibung der Wohnung haben wir mit viel Galgenhumor jeden Tag immer wieder gelacht !
