Beschriebung An attractive apartment for 4 persons at the golf course in Winterberg. Attractively furnished with modern, comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in both rooms. The bathroom is fully equipped with bath, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Quiet location right in the woods. Hiking trails are next to the golf course. Nice indoor pool (free) and sauna (2.00 €).

Surroundings All possibilities are open here, whether for the "lounging" - to forget the everyday stress, or even the active holiday by bike or on foot while hiking. The kids will love the tubing track or the bike park with practice course. The summer toboggan run and the climbing forest do the rest to let the kids and adults enjoy the holiday. Amusement parks, adventure pool, wellness etc. are gladly accepted. Surroundings In the Rothaargebirge you hike breathtakingly beautiful hiking trails up to 154 km long stages. This route leads u.a. through Winterberg. For mountain bikers: Winterberg has a unique and challenging mountain bike park. For children: the adventure mountain cap offers many attractions. You will find here the summer toboggan run, as well as a demanding climbing forest. In the vicinity of Winterberg there are several beautiful lakes where you can swim or, if you like, can learn to sail here. Right next to the apartment is the Winterberg Golf Club with an 18-hole golf course, where golf lovers can pass the time. Do you like motorcycling? - then there are many beautiful routes in the Sauerland with beautiful biker restaurants, many beautiful bike paths - u.a. the Ruhr Valley Cycle Route - start in Winterberg. If you like going out, you will find something for every taste in Winterberg. There are cozy pubs, nightclubs, many après ski huts and many restaurants. The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
