This is one of the best locations to be in downtown Dubuque. Few blocks access to Highway 61, Highway151 and Highway 20. Right on the farmers market (May through October). Five Flag Center, Art museum, Millwork district, Restaurants, Breweries and Coffee house all with in walking distance.

The apartment is on Second floor. The second bedroom is on upper floor.

Very nice well maintained

We stayed here with another couple while going to a concert is a very clean and well maintained. Host was very helpful, and there were fans in each bedroom which was amazing because we forgot to bring one with will defidently be back when we visit Dubuque IA again!!!

We were at the apartment for a very short time but it was great. Clean, nicely furnished and many amenities. The parking situation is not great but if you follow the directions, it’s fine. I would definitely stay again!

This place was very nice: clean and roomy. The location was great: close to great restaurants, coffee shops and the farmers market on Saturday. Parking and entering was easy. The beds were ok. I guess personally I don't like the foam mattress.

Immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location. Safe area. The only thing I would caution is to be careful of the stairs. They are steep and narrow. This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Ken thought of everything. I also liked how cupboards were labeled.

Great stay!

Ken's place was great for the wedding we attended! The location worked well for us to be able to walk to the reception, as well as check out a couple of other local establishments. The apartment was bigger than anticipated and well appointed. The air conditioners in the bedrooms as well as the option of individual fans was a big plus! Ken immediately got back in touch with me when there was a mix up with the parking and was able to offer a solution. We definitely would recommend staying here and will definitely keep it on our radar if we return to Dubuque!

In town for a family wedding. Apartment was located only blocks from reception venue. We arrived in town a little earlier than planned and Ken was kind enough to let us in the apartment an hour early to store our bags while we attended the wedding. Place was clean, quiet and welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hello, my name is Ken. I was born in China and moved to the United States in 1997 with very little English but a strong desire to build a better life. I first worked in restaurants in Chicago before moving to Dubuque in 2000, where I worked at Hy-Vee as a cook and later became the Chinese department manager.
In 2003 I began investing in real estate, and in 2008 I left my job to focus on real estate full time. In 2018 I followed my passion for cooking and opened Oolong Asian Cuisine here in Dubuque.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of hosting thousands of guests from around the world and have received over 4,000 guest reviews across my properties. My goal is simple: provide clean, comfortable homes and make every stay easy and enjoyable.
