Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom + Murphy Bed office 2 1/2 bathroom home just outside downtown Minneapolis with hints of Mid Century Modern for rent. Kitchen, main level family room and basement have recently been remodeled. Kitchen has extra large entertaining island, stainless appliances including a gas range and a beautiful modern farm house sink in the island. There is also a separate prep/coffee sink and beverage fridge. Natural stone counter tops throughout kitchen and a dining table that seats 8 (There is an adjacent informal dining table that seats 6). The master has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Full laundry amenities in separate main floor laundry room. The house sits on a cul-de-sac .35 acre lot with large and flat front and backyard that is very quiet and private. There is a two-tiered deck and patio area in the backyard with bonfire pit, lump wood charcoal grill, bulb lights and ample patio furniture. Mature landscaping creates a beautiful and serene natural setting all just a short cab/drive away from the city. We do have two young children so we have toys, sporting equipment, table tennis room and small zip line should a family with children want to rent it. The house is 4mi from downtown Minneapolis. It is usually between 6-10mins into downtown depending on traffic. If the big city isn't always your thing, across the highway are the bars, restaurants, a movie theater and retail stores at The Shops at West End. A great brunch locale sits around the corner too, The Good Day Café. There is a creek along Glenwood Ave for those who enjoy a jog or relaxing walk. The house comes fully equipped.
