Casa Juanita met all our expectations. It offered the perfect set up for our group of four during our girls trip. The property is within walking distance to the Santa Fe Railyard and just a short drive away from numerous attractions and dining options.

We enjoyed our week at the condo. Shawn was especially helpful with lots of local information.The location is excellent. We had such a great time at the Indian Market but Santa Fe is great anytime! Wonderful memories were made.

This condo is very nicely furnished and well equipped. More cookware, dishes, utensils and silverware than I have at home. It's conveniently located, not far from the Plaza and Rail Yard, where we spent Saturday morning at the Artisans' Market. The condo has a large deck off the living room. There's a busy road across from our side of the building and road noise kept one light sleeper awake. Be sure to keep your car locked when parked -- one of our vehicles was left unlocked and it got ransacked our last night there.I'd definitely stay here again. It comfortably sleeps six people, although one "bedroom" had no closet and no dresser or shelves. We were able to comfortably live out of our suitcases thanks to a large chaise lounge where we left our suitcases open. The owner is good at communicating instructions and responds promptly to inquiries. A great home base while in Santa Fe.

House was beautifully decorated with the feel of Sante Fe vibes! Very clean and comfortable sitting area to visit, House was in a great location to the plaza and sites. Parking spot easy to get into.

Really neat property with fun decor, cozy, well stocked, comfortable beds/linens, very clean and fantastic patio spaces! Good location. Only negatives would be tight parking if you have a large or multiple vehicles, busy street (provided white noise machines helped a lot) & temperature somewhat difficult to control between up & downstairs. We had a wonderful stay at Ruth's. The property is as described and it completely met, and in many ways exceeded, our expectations. We were a group - including toddler - visiting friends and family in Albuquerque and looking to experience a different city (note for travelling couples, there is only one master bedroom with king bed, the other options are twin beds). The house is spacious, and extremely well stocked utility-wise, but it also has an impressive list of takeout menus. We loved the carefully picked artwork scattered throughout which pays homage to the local culture and traditions. While the property is located beside a busy road, we did not have issues with noise. On the other side is a quaint residential area.The property is an easy and pleasant walk to Santa Fe old town, which takes you via the buzzing Railyard area, where there we enjoyed visiting the local weekend markets and experiencing the Sky Railway (highly recommended). During our stay, Santa Fe experienced unusually high amounts of rain. Shawn the property manager was quick to offer some excellent rain-friendly activities that had us enjoying the city, despite the weather. We will definitely be returning to Santa Fe and would 100% stay at this property again. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, well appointed and close to everything! We had a car, but you could walk, if needed. Also, try the honey shop down the road- amazing!!

We loved our stay. We had very clear communication from the owner, everything was very clean and in good order. It was also very easy to walk to the railyard and surrounding areas.

Great central spot

Loved staying here! So much was within walking distance so it was super easy to explore Santa Fe. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved all the patios. Would definitely stay again!

Casa Juanita Getaway.

Comfortable home base

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a very spacious place to stay for our family of five. The courtyard was a nice bonus for relaxing outside. The home is also very close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and will stay again

Honestly I’m not big on reviews but this place was perfect and awesome for the money. We will stay again in the future. The place was very spacious and the view was breath taking with a huge porch upstairs.
