Beautiful holiday house in the country with terrace | Messenia, Peloponnese

The district Aghia Triada lies just above the beach with the same name, on the southern tip of Messenia, a few kilometres north of Koroni, between cypresses and dense olive groves. The quiet and idyllic property ORFANOS is located on a high plateau above the sea, surrounded with vines, colourful bougainvillea and other Mediterranean plants. The 4 detached houses ORFANOS lie behind each other with a distance of 10 to 20 m between them on a shared nature property that is completely enclosed and safe for children. Each holiday house is visually separated by green hedges and plants and has its own access. The vines between the holiday houses create a green surrounding.
The holiday house ORFANOS 2 lies quiet and secluded, approx. 20m to the front of the holiday house ORFANOS 1 and approx. 10m behind ORFANOS 3. The house is on elevated ground floor and can be accessed via 6 steps. The small holiday house ORFANOS 2 is a well-maintained and brightly furnished studio, ideal for couples with a small child. The open living-/sleeping area with kitchenette is visually separated from the single bed by a 0,80m high wall. Behind the wall is the double bed. At the front of the circumferential terrace you can enjoy a free view across the olive grove, the vines, wonderful landscape and the blue sea. A second small terrace at the side of the house (facing north) with direct access from the kitchen and can be used as a breakfast terrace.
The fine sandy beach Aghia Triada is one of the most romantic beaches of the region and is perfect for unforgettable holiday moments. In close distance of approx. 700m via serpentines there is a path and some steps (approx. 100m) that lead to this magnificent beach and the turquoise blue sea.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded location of the holiday houses. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.
