Charming beach cottage with large deck and dock walk to beach swim kayak boat and or paddle right out in back . Large family room with wet bar , breakfast nook 3 bedroom, 2 bedrooms with attached full baths outside tiki bar and shower/ changing space. Parking for 3 cars on site. Beverage refrigerator, corn hole ring hook and board games 2 levels of outside seating and sunbathing. 4 bikes with locks and four beach badges… new to VRBO BUT have 5 star , “super host “ rating on the other major rental site

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all beach badges and chairs. Put garbage and recycling at the curb by 7 am Monday and Thursday
General cleaning up, remove all your laundry from machines make sure all bikes and locks are accounted for
Put paddle boards and kyacks back in the rack with paddles
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
no candles permitted , inside Eating is only permitted at the table, the breakfast nook and the bar... No eating on other furniture,
no boarding the boat docked in the back, paddle board and kyack paddles must be placed on land not on floating dock
The outside dock bar is shared with the neighbors, please do not go in the bar but sitting around it on this side is ok.....please be courteous,

We had a wonderful time at Frank’s beach house! We loved the back deck and lagoon, paddle boarding and kayaks. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious for us all to enjoy! Great location, we love Manasquan/Point area and would recommend anyone to visit this beach house! Frank was easily reachable during our stay and my kids loved the homemade brownies when we arrived!
