New construction with top-of-the-line finishes and appliances provide you with the type of comfort you want at the beach. Our home is fully-equipped with the latest in home-automation technology and you will have enough space for the whole family as well as friends! We've thought of everything including the umbrellas, grill, beach cart and even a couple of beach cruisers! Three 4K UHDTVs allow for no-fuss down-time and the toys will keep the kiddos busy while parents relax. Come enjoy "Sea Glass" and make your memories. *****Please note we require full week rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day***** We will look to make accommodations if there are open weeks but appreciate messages only to keep our listing available to you!

This was a great house in a nice location. It was a short walk to the beach that was not crowded and had great waves. The house was clean and nicely decorated and the owners were easy to work with. They provided a lot of beach necessities making packing easier. We had three families stay there comfortably. It was a short drive to point pleasant beach and board walk and also close enough for a day trip into NYC. Manasquan was a neat town with good places to eat. We had a great vacation thanks to Sea Glass!

My family and I were super happy with our stay at Sea Glass. The location was perfect, just a few short walks to the beach and a short bike ride into town (on the bikes so thoughtfully supplied by Sean and Jess). The house itself was perfect for our group - me, my husband and our 8 month old baby, and my parents and sister. We had enough space to spread out (the rooms are very nicely sized!) and we also loved just hanging out on the porch and living room area. We all had a great time - thanks Sean and Jess!!

Beautiful home well maintained! Very new! Loved open concept and there were 7 of us and never got in each other’s way. Only 4 blocks from beach. Well stocked (need regular grater 😊) dishes , glasses. Beach passes , bikes, beach chairs,great . (Need to replace broken umbrellas— we purchased one and left at the house) Outdoor shower fabulous! Owner very concerned when lost Power first time for 3 hrs . Also second time for 22 hrs and bought us all ice cream. Everything positive . Power outage not owners fault but cannot stress enough how concerned she was. Parking a little bit of issue. I would suggest removing pavers to allow for parking. Garage very small for small car. Street somewhat busy. We left house immaculate! Dishwasher emptied. Washer and dryer cleaned top and inside . All towels washed folded and put away. Hope it made cleaner’s job easier. Had a few issues when arrived with cleaning ! Owner needs to be advised by renters. Would recommend this house .Enjoyed our vacation! Thank you.

We had a wonderful week at Seaglass in August 2019. The house was beautiful, spacious and in a nice location. Added bonus were the beach badges, beach gear and bikes that were provided. Communications prior to check in and during our stay were highly informative. Highly recommend.

Family trip to Manasquan

This house is well positioned, with an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the Point Pleasant boardwalk. We traveled with our two young boys and they had a great time.

Couple getaway

This house exceeded my expectations! We arrived to this beautiful,cozy, and inviting place that both of us couldn't wait to settle in to. The walk to the beach was very short and when you arrive there you can't help but notice how clean everything is kept. Manasquan is an adorable town, nothing like I've ever seen in New Jersey. We also found some amazing food spot close by and met some very nice people who were locals. I was able to get a massage while there and only had to drive a few minutes to get here. The host are easy to communicate with and are very prompt to respond.Definitely will be coming back to this home!

Having grown up in the NJ area my most fond memories are those from my childhood at the "Jersey shore." We now live in NYC and spend time at Sea Glass still so you can rest-assured your stay will be met with comfort, class, space and memories which will last a lifetime. - Sean

Why they chose this property

We targeted this home since the construction was first completed. A brand-new build with the details thought out - we had to have it. The location is superb: quick few steps to the ocean, 1st ave pizza, surf shack deli and ice cream (on the same block). Leggets is around the corner. You simply cannot pick a better location.

What makes this property unique

We spared no expense outfitting Sea Glass. From the home automation like easy key-less entry to the high-end accessories - leaving will be hard... As guests you will have access to the open floor plan and enough space to enjoy downtime. The outdoor shower with hot and cold waster as well as a Foosball table by the kid room provides the right touch. The dining room table can easily seat 13(we hosted thanksgiving this year) and the grill is brand new ready to be fired up. Come sip cocktails on the front porch and watch the sunset after a day at the beach and enjoy all that Sea Glass has to offer.
