Malibu gem w/spectacular ocean views - 1 block from beach

Our home is located in Malibu. We are one block from the beach and enjoy amazing ocean views. Near downtown Malibu for shopping and restaurants. Not far from Santa Monica. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. There is a hot tub on our back patio as well as a built-in barbecue.

Your host

Rick and Heather love Malibu. As nature lovers, it has both beautiful beaches as well as incredible hiking nearby. But we also like a good restaurant or some nearby shopping from time to time and Malibu has all that too! Plus we are only 20 mins from Santa Monica. This place is our home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property has 180 degree unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The balcony off the master bedroom provides a large perch from which to catch the sun, the views and the ocean breeze. The back patio has a built-in barbecue and a hot tub that seats 5. Best of all we are just off the Pacific Coast Highway for convenience sake but not directly on the highway.
