Little River trip

Great location, beautiful apartment with an amazing view over the river , easy check in process. Everything went as expected except with the fact that we were provided with linen that we were supposed to lay on the beds and some of the fitted sheets were smaller than the mattresses. We reached out to the host and they addressed the issue promptly.

Beautiful area. Condo was nice. The door keypad did not work and no one attempted to fix it. We had one key for 5 people. That was very inconvenient.

The condo was extremely nice, loved sitting on balcony. We thought it was on 2nd floor from pics & knew there was no elevator but when we got there & discovered it was on 3rd we were really concerned. Climbing 3 flights with baggage etc was extremely difficult for anyone especially us as we ladies all are age 55 thru 80. Had to also buy a step stool to get into very high bed in master bedroom. Need to have some sort of grab bars in or just outside of tubs for safety.

The property was very beautiful, it had a lot of space and overall, it felt very homey. The property wasn't very clean, the bed sheets, linen, and some places like TV stands were either very dusty or had stains. In the bathroom I found pieces of fake eyelashes in the sink and on the bathroom floor. Something else was that our check out time was 11:00am, and it was stated on the policy and people that were supposed to clean were at the door at 10:40am. The property doesn't come with a private pool, the pool is communal. The property itself is very nice, quiet, safe, and close to most stores.

I liked the location and the property was beautiful. The photos didn’t do it justice. It was easy to book and they kept in touch and was accessible if you had any questions or concerns. The only the thing I didn’t know about was that it’s on the third floor so you have to climb stairs. I brought my father who has knee problems and walks with a cane. The stairs were tough for him. So just know that there is no ramp or elevator. I have to say that the place was amazing though and I would book again without dad, lol. I also like the way they left clear instructions for everything. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family that’s able to climb stairs lol.
