The cabin exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown Helen but still enough away to have peace and quiet. Loved it and will book again.
This was our annual Christmas time together. We all converge on a place to be together. Was great weather except for one day. First time in the area but easy to get to everything. Great stay!
One of the cleanest cabins I have ever rented! Really nice place! The only issue is getting through the guard shack. They were supposed to have my name and arrival/departure info but they didn't. The guard was not helpful or friendly.

Decent property
Was a overall good stay, however the pictures are pretty outdated and the property definitely needs some pest management. Only some of the jets work in the hot tub on one side. A huge plus being so close to everything.
The cabin was super clean! We had a wifi issue but when we called Pinnacle cabin rentals (after hours on Sunday) they answered on the second ring and handled our issue quickly. The ad was a bit misleading regarding the view but overall we enjoyed our stay. We also had a Mama bear and her FIVE cubs walk right in front of our cabin and we were able to view them safely from the second floor balcony.
We stayed here for a quiet, low key birthday for my mother in law. The property was very clean and as described. If you follow the instructions as emailed, you will have no issues with check in. We loved the hot tub and went tubing, played mini golf, and dined at the Heidelberg. Came back to a cool cabin and slept like babies. The cabins are closed to each other, however, there was plenty of foliage between the houses so you really couldn’t tell. Felt very private. 10/10 would recommend.
Property was fantastic. Super clean. Hot tub was amazing. Would recommend staying. Only thing I found off was upon check out you had to wash and put dishes away. I’m use to loading dishwasher and running upon leaving. Kind of made me feel like dishes might not be clean. I don’t trust that people will do that right. Just rinse and put up instead of using dishwasher.
We needed a break from the hot Florida sun. We were so very pleased with this house. We like to be very close to Helen but not in town. This house put us up the mountain with a beautiful view and a quiet location just minutes from everything in town. My boys and I took an easy drive over to the AT and hiked to Blood Mountain….. great day! The next day we took Mom with us over to see Dukes Creek Falls. Again, easy convenient ride to the location. The mid August weather was beautiful.
We had an amazing time ! The cabin was perfect - there were actually 7 of us - three teenagers and four adults and it was plenty spacious. We didn’t really use the cabin other than sleeping since we were out hiking, zip lining, riding the coaster and exploring Helen most of the time. It was Octoberfest but we had the kids and wanted to make the most of our time there !! In the evenings we did enjoy the hot tub and seating area on the back porch (a gas fire pit would have made this spectacular). It was the perfect time of year with the weather and fall colors it made for a great getaway!
The house was great. Very secluded and quiet. Lovely views and the area around hot Tub was a really nice place to relax. Everything was great but we could not get tv to work at all but only a slight annoyance. Mostly wanted it for children anyway. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice getaway. Helen is a nice town. Very steep roads going up
To cabin. Not a problem but might be if you are nervous about driving in mountains. Great visit!
Gated entry with security working. Cabin is situated on the mountain so expect steep curvy elevation. The deck with the hot tub was a favorite. It had string lights and patio furniture to hang out. Next favorite spot was the living room. Gas fireplace, Christmas tree and big windows to see the mountains. Lots of convenient extras like towels, soap, iron, garbage bags but pack your hair dryer! The bedrooms, especially the master bedroom could use an update on furniture and the decor, it gave off a creepy vibe.

Pinnacle cabins communication lacking
We enjoyed our stay but had a few complaints about cleaning issues and they brushed it off like bevause they didnt notice it i must be exaggerating. I dont usually compalin about little things but the lack of response when u showed a picture was disappointing they still even after several emails only responded to the very 1st one very unprofessional
We were supposed to take possession at 4pm. At 6pm, there was still a trailor parked in the only place we can park. We called and were told nobody knew who owned it and no one can move it. So, it was actually never available and we did not take possession. We ended up getting a hotel room. I will not do business with Pinnacle again.
Our family and friends enjoyed this home very much, we had a plenty of room for daily life and getting fishing gear laid out and ready for the tournament. The Hot tub deck was like a private oasis with the creek flowing at the bottom of the hill. perfection.
Our only complaint is that we are grillers and had everything in order to prepare home cooked meals on our trip,
got steaks and sides prepped for grilling.....and...... the propane tank was empty!!! ugh. the guys had to go into town and it was not easy for them to find a replacement tank, 1.5 hours and $45 later, they returned to grill for now cranky teens.
House was clean and neat. Internet was not very good. Enjoyed the area and the privacy. My first visit to north Georgia mountains . Recommend this rental property!
