Small family holiday home with 3 separate living units, object no. 2902079 (FeWo-direkt), object no. 2903475 (FeWo-direkt) and object no. 2903492 (apartment-direct) and fantastic view. 2 of them are 4 bed apartments (one on the 1st floor, one on the ground floor) and 1 larger studio on the 1st floor. Enjoy the gentle sound of the sea that you can hear and see from the bed.
The house Papadatos is located above the PELEKAS beach (Kontogialos Beach), one of the most beautiful sandy beaches Korfu. 1 km from PELEKAS village and 12 km from KORFU town. Located on the west coast, the view from the apartments of the house over the Ionian Sea. The house is located in a beautiful hillside on a plot with Mediterranean plants, in the midst of a shady olive grove. The quiet location guarantees rest and relaxation. Down to PELEKAS beach is about 80 m walk. Also suitable for several families who want to spend their holidays together.

An unfortunate double booking meant that we were not able to stay in this apartment. We were informed of this the day before our arrival in Corfu. We were accommodated in another apartment nearby. This apartment was quite adequate, and had a lovely large terrace where we were able to barbecue. Pelekas is a very beautiful place to spend a week.

Beautiful spot with a scary driveway

Lovely clean apartment with great views, supplies, beach access and market very close by. With a steep narrow driveway, three renters all with cars have a very hard time parking and getting back down the hill safely. This was the only drawback but it was scary at times.

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche war mager. Es gab nur ein Weinglas und sowas wie 2 Sektkelche. Mir ein bisschen mehr hätte man dem Ganzen mehr Flair geben können, auch der Terrasse. Diese hatte aber einen sensationell Ausblick und wurde daher zum dauerhaften Aufenthaltsort. Der Strand (fussläufig 5 Minuten) war sensationell. Dazu kam unsere Lieblingsbar im Boho Style mit schönen Holzligen und tollem Service

Eigentlich prima. Leider ging das wlan nicht, aber alle waren sehr bemüht es zu reparieren und mir zu helfen. In der Lüche wären Töpfe und Zubehör mal zu erneuern. Sonst hat es uns gut gefallen.

Tolle Lage über dem Meer

Die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt mit wunderbar freiem Blick auf die Bucht und den Strand, den Weg , 200 m zum Meer sind wir mehrmals am Tag gegangen, so einfach zu pendeln zwischen Haus und Strand ist eine große Freiheit. Die Betreuung durch Nikos und seine Frau war sehr angenehm, ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein,. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! Und Pelekas liegt wunderbar zentral an der Westküste, mittendrin für Ausflüge in jede Richtung.

Schöne Wohnung für mutige Autofahrer, negative Erfahrung mit Vermieter

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Lebensmittelgeschäft um die Ecke, kurze Distanz zum schönen Strand in malerischer Bucht, super Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, Basisausstattung in der Küche (zum Zubereiten von Frühstück reicht es aus, Kochen ist jedoch nicht möglich; keine Geschirrhandtücher, Müllbeutel, Spülmittel etc., also von zu Hause mitbringen oder vor Ort einkaufen), in die Jahre gekommenes Badezimmer, schwierige Auffahrt zum Parkplatz (steil und eng, aber mit etwas Mut und Übung gewöhnt man sich daran), negative Erfahrung mit Vermieter oder zweifelhaftem Geldeintreiber: es standen unangekündigt zwei unfreundliche Männer, die nur bruchhaft Englisch sprachen vor der Tür und sie verlangten mit Nachdruck Geld. Es dauerte ein wenig, um den Herren klar zu machen, dass bereits über fewo-direkt die Zahlung erfolgt war; im Endeffekt lenkten sie dann ein; wir hatten allerdings den Eindruck, dass dieses Vorgehen (unter Druck setzen und Geld verlangen) eine Masche darstellt und nicht aus Versehen geschah).
