A little slice of paradise
3G farms is the kind of personal/cultural stays that can make a trip so so memorable. It is a working livestock farm of horses and cattle and Patti the host is fantastic. As a part of the stay she will take you on a tour of the her home and introduce you to her animals which are very much a part of her family. Don't skip this.... as it was really enlightnening and enjoyable, and Patti's energy and passion for what she does catching....This place is only three years in the making and she has so many ideas.... I can't wait to see how it grows. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed...she is going to add some more spaces soon as well. Beyond this, the Mount Saint Helens area is ... peaceful, and suprisingly beautiful, and so so worth a visit.

Nice place
Nice people. Nice place. Patti gave a tour of the farm. Pete and I had enriching conversation while we waited for the electric company to fix the outage. And I got to play with the dogs.

About the host

I was raised in Clark County, WA and went to Battle Ground high school. Shortly after high school I met my wife Patti who was born and raised near the base of Mt. Rainier. We love small towns, farms and the great outdoors. So buying a farm in the small town of Toledo was a dream come true for us !

Why they chose this property

We love Toledo it is a quiet friendly place. When Clark county started feeling more and more like city life and less like farm life we knew we wanted to move. My wife had friends in this area and always loved it. Once we saw this farm come up for sale we knew this was where we wanted to be.
It is the perfect place. We are close to the rivers and beautiful mountains. Where we could enjoy the great outdoors. However we are just about halfway between Portland and Seattle. We can be to either big city in about an hour or so.
We had plenty of room to grow a garden, raise miniature cows and ride our horses in our own arena.

What makes this property unique

While staying in our studio. If you let us know ahead of time. We would be happy to show you around our farm and let you meet our animals.
