Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig and carafe. It boasts granite countertops, hardwood floors throughout, large beds, beautiful furnishings, luxury amenities - open kitchen with all utensils, linens, full size washer & dryer, flat screen TVs w/ Roku in the living room as well as all 3 bedrooms, pool towels, cable and wireless internet. Streaming capabilities are not logged in; please plan to bring your login info to access streaming. This condo features on-site exercise room, community swimming pool & a year round spa. Early check-in/late check-out may be available with an associated fee, call the office for details.

Experience Mesquite's warm weather and beautiful sunsets with views of the Virgin MT. This condo is surrounded by golf courses. Mesquite features seven championship golf courses within 10 minutes of each other. Zion, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, Lake Mead within a 90 minute drive or less. Casinos less than 1 mile away, grocery store 1.5 mile away.

Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

It felt like home

It had everything we need it and more. When I travel I always hope to have a comfy bed to rest and there beds were so comfortable. We loved the little detail they left for us, as a welcome. We will definitely be back to this exact place when we visit again.

Clean and convenient

Represented well, condo was clean and had everything we needed. Property was easily accessible, we came in late and it was dark, the directions/instructions were spot on. Pool and hot tub were nice! Kitchen was very clean. We enjoyed being close to Vegas, but far enough way from the chaos. Would love to come back!

Great property!

We had a great time here. Comfortable beds. Clean and well kept. Only complaint is the main floor shower does not work at all. Barely any water comes out of faucet or shower head.

Overall this is a very nice condo but it does need some maintenance and better cleaning. - Shower head downstairs not working well. - Towel rack was broken. - Toilet paper rack upstairs was broken. - Washer loud and needs maintenance. - Entry light not working. - Floors extremely dirty upon check in - Dirty blinds - Toilet seats flimsy and broken If those items were fixed and it was cleaner we would give 5 stars.

Fine, not great

Pretty dated and should have been cleaner. My pillowcase and bed spread were dirty and there was a used loofa under the bathroom sink. Only about a half an inch of hand soap in the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. Some of the wash cloths looked like they were cleaning rags, blinds were so old they were yellowed and only 4 pool towels for 8 people. Also the shower heads barely put out any water at all. It was doable.but we wouldn’t stay here again.
