This beautiful 7 bedroom 6 bath oceanfront beach house with a pool ( that is practically on the beach ) has Just been placed on the rental market for the first time. This home is completely updated with all new bathrooms and bedrooms. No expense has been spared to create a five star home for you to enjoy. The owner is in the furniture business so all the mattresses and furniture are top-of-the-line. This home has an elevator that takes you to the top floor where you will have 180 degree unobstructed views of the Ocean and newly constructed jetty on the East End Of Ocean Isle Beach….
SOME of the perks that sets us apart from other Beach rental houses are we provide you with sheets (not only do we provide you with them we put them on the bed for you ) we also provide you with towels in every bathroom and beach towels too..the house has a gourmet kitchen with everything you can ask for … including both types of coffee makers crockpots griddle‘s you name it we’ve got it. There are two living rooms in this house ,the main living room is on the top floor with incredible views
We also have a living room bottom floor with game tables a little bar, arcade entertainment center and TV. Every bedroom has his own bathroom and access to a porch where your find rockers ,tables and swings. The bottom floor has a nice playroom with a pool table and game table it opens up to the pool deck that has a really cool bar area and grill area. There are two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs one bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds the other has a king bedroom and it opens up to the pool deck. You will have new beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, new gas grill, bicycles, boogie boards, beach games ,corm hole, bocce ball just to name a few of the extras …if we don’t have it and you want it just ask for it… thank you for considering

This house is great. The location is amazing and the views on the back porch can’t be beat. Lots of fun stuff to do and the host is very helpful.

Best beach rental yet!

This was by far the nicest beach rental we have stayed in. It was wonderful to have sheets already on beds, towels- both bath and beach, beautiful rooms, and right on the beach.., no need to drag a wagon full of all the things you’d need. Owner was fantastic, super responsive and helpful. Attention to every detail. You won’t be disappointed!

I raised 5 sons in Greenville and when the youngest went off to school in 2015 I decided to move to Ocean Isle Beach where I began purchasing beach houses and remodeling them. This property is brand new to the market ( it has never been a rental) All new furniture with top of the line mattresses !!! Elevator with amazing views .This home has a Porch off every bedroom and floor..... GREAT OCEAN VIEWS
What I include that others don't is:
1) Sheets are provided and are ready ON THE BED !! so when you arrive all you have to do is put on your bathing suit !!!
2) Towels are provided ... you will have 4 towels 4 wash cloths and 2 hand towels in all 6 bath rooms as well as 10 beach towels
3) New Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. 4 chairs and 4 loungers 2 umbrellas
4) Beach toys are provided. Corn hole boards, bocce ball game , pool table, video game table ,floats and boogie boards to name a few
5) 4 Beach Bikes are provided
6) New Gas Grill
7) Full gourmet kitchen with everything you could need
8) TV's in every room
9) Black-out top of the line curtains in every bedroom
