Why they chose this property
The unit is located in the center of the Omni Amelia Island Resort on the second floor of a two story building. Each bedroom has a separate balcony where you have nice tennis court views while sitting under a canopy of trees with hanging Spanish Moss. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living room (which has high, vaulted ceilings), allowing for privacy. The bedroom has a king size bed and mounted 39" smart TV.
What makes this property unique
With more than 1,350 acres of maritime forests and marshes, alongside miles of uncrowded beach front, and beautifully designed golf courses, this condo is a great place to enjoy some family and friend quality time.
