Condo is in a great location. It is clean, has a very large screened in porch, great layout. Host leaves water and snacks. Host is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Amelia Island.

We loved this place. It's lovely and it's a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We especially loved the back porch! The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so it was nice for privacy for two couples. We would definitely stay there again.

Great condo! Clean, bright, nicely furnished. It has an amazing screened in porch that is huge. There are tables, sofa, chairs and you can relax watching the birds... i would highly recommend this place!
