Affordable Elegance at Amelia Landings: Owner Managed and Maintained!

2Bd / 2Ba with view of pond and lush vegetation. Enjoy Amelia Island's largest private pool and a gated tennis/pickleball court. Walking distance to the beach. (Sleeps 4 total - no more than 2 children)

This condo is OWNER-MANAGED AND MAINTAINED. You will not hassle with a third-party rental management company; we are owners who care for our guests and the property. We live nearby and can respond 24/7 when issues arise.

Check in 4 pm/ check out 10 am
Maximum occupancy: four adults/children.
This is a second story condo - guests must be able to climb the 19 steps to the entrance.

We invite you to discover this charming place for yourself at a very affordable price. The beach is within walking distance, about two blocks away or a 20 second drive.

Our second floor Amelia Landings villa includes two bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a large fully screened porch. We can accommodate a maximum of four guests. The villa includes a flat screen TV, with cable and DVD player and wireless internet. Amenities include books & games, beach chairs and towels, fishing poles, tennis racquets, DVDs, and more.

Amelia Landings is a quiet community nestled among one hundred year old live oak trees. It features walking trails, a tennis/pickleball court(s), and a large pool. Our second floor villa is a private end unit that overlooks a large pond. Even though Amelia Landings is secluded, it is only three blocks from the wide white sand beach that stretches for miles. The condo is only minutes away from the Fernandina Beach historic district, excellent restaurants, lots of shopping, and so much more.

We all have a happy place, a place where we are simply delighted with what we are doing. For some of us it is shopping for antiques, trendy new fashions, or consignment deals. For others the happy place is golf, tennis, horseback riding, or surfing. For some it is simply curling up with a good book on the beach or on our screened-in porch overlooking trees, plants, flowers, and a pond.

Beautiful Amelia Island has been rated as one of the top ten islands in the United States. It offers all of the above and much more. You can walk one of the many hiking trails, go for a drive through tree lined Fort Clinch State park, walk the beaches, go fishing or on a boat tour, hunt for shark’s teeth and other gifts from the sea, enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the sunset over the water, worship at a church of your choice, or eat at one of the many outdoor restaurants. You are only thirty minutes from Jacksonville, twenty-five minutes from the airport, and a few hours from Orlando to the South or Savannah to the North.

Our Amelia Landings villa provides a serene, peaceful, delightful place for recreation, relaxation, and renewal.

So peace and tranquil sitting each morning on the screen porch overlooking the lagoon. Observed an alligator sunning on the bank, convenient to shopping and eateries, great for visiting with family. We have stayed here before and will again.

The location is perfect, close to the ocean and to the cute little city area. The condo is clean, well appointed, and the perfect size for three people. Spring Break 2025

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo, it had everything we needed. The screened in patio was one of my favorite parts, so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect - we easily walked to the beach, Sliders, Putt-Putt, and Starbucks. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable and Scott and April were easy to work with.
