The space
My house sits on over a half acre, as do all the houses in my area, so you have privacy and peace during your stay. I live in horse country, so if you walk through the neighborhood, you will see some horses, bunnies, road runners and other wildlife. If you walk through the neighborhood, you can also see the strip. And I am also close enough to a Walmart superstore that you can walk to it as well. Many restaurants and lots of shopping are 5 minutes away! I have easy access to I-95 and 215 freeways. I am just a 20 minute drive to the strip, hiking, skiing. A car is recommended, but Uber & Bus service is available.

Why they chose this property

It's not a party house. It's great for long term guests, remote workers, travel nurses, military and police! The barn is located right next to the electric spa and close to the pool. You have full access to kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, formal dining and living room in the main house. It's a peaceful, quiet, happy place.

What makes this property unique

My property is on a half acre, with beautiful garden views out all the windows. Turtle and koi pond in side yard, pool in back yard, spa in barn yard. Make friends with other guests or keep to yourself. I provide bathroom cleaning, I do the dishes and clean up the kitchen, and help with laundry if you want.
