Welcome to the beach!

The Space:
This property is superb. This is a ground floor unit in a 2 unit property. There is a dedicated entrance on the left side of the property with the dedicated entrance to the upper unit on the right side of the property.

The ground floor accessibility is great for families of all ages. With easy access from the car to the property with zero stairs.

The beach access is 3 houses down across the street. AMAZING!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Surf City has been the commercial heart of Topsail Island for over 60 years. The town has grown from a small fishing village that was home to a handful of families to a year-round community of around 1,900. Visitors enjoy Surf City as “the way the beach used to be,” quiet and serene. Surf City’s clean and uncrowded beaches have become the town’s main attraction where visitors can enjoy the sand on their feet and the peaceful rhythms of the ocean under a deep blue sky.

Surf City is home to a variety of indoor and outdoor dining facilities that feature coastal Carolina cuisine. The central business district offers a surprising choice of shopping opportunities from gift boutiques outdoor equipment suppliers. West of Surf City, Topsail Sound and the Intracoastal Waterway separate the island from the mainland. This narrow body of water provides the perfect setting for canoeing, kayaking, water skiing and fishing.

Getting Around:
We walk when we're here. There are several bicycle rental, golf cart rental, and boat rental locations in the area.

Short stay

Property was very clean. Desperately needs a new coffee pot. There wasn’t a hair dryer. Had to find housekeeping to get one . Description of beach access was not accurate. The location is fantastic. The condo is cool and airy. I would recommend and would stay here again.
