Cute & Quiet Casita in Queen Creek, No Pets

Perfect family getaway with ALL the comforts of home (kitchenette, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, pool, and more). Our Casita rental offers your very own private: entrance, patio, pool, bathroom, & bedroom. Bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed and TV. Large living room has a pull-out sofa bed with a smart TV (just need your sign in for Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and comfy chair with footrest. Capacity for 2-4 (2 adults, 1-2 children). The kitchenette is complete with granite countertop, 2 stools, dishwasher, garbage disposal, new refrigerator, new convection/air fryer microwave oven, two burners, skillet, other small appliances, and dinnerware & utensils. Reverse osmosis for drinking water. The side yard has a picnic table, firepit, and gas BBQ grill. The whole house also has a water filtration system set up. Internet and utilities included.

Our local community offers many parks with playgrounds, zip line, basketball courts, tennis courts, splash pads, etc. Biking, hiking, and walking paths throughout the neighborhood and area. Marketplace, restaurants, and movie theatre minutes away. Canyon Lake is 35-40 minutes away and has grills for BBQs, swimming beach, rental boats, and we even rent our personal kayaks out. Or float in a tube down the Salt River and see wild horses. The desert offers so much.

The best part is the pool!! It is located in the homeowner's backyard, but we love to share our space. We also have pool toys, a large sitting area, and beach towels available.

The Casita was as advertised. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The pool was also nice, and we were able to invite our adult grandchildren over for a pool day while we were in town visiting them. We will definitely return for another visit to Queen Creek and this Casita if it is available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this clean and well appointed Casita. The hosts were gracious and attentive, and their attention to detail was evident in every room. The location was great for us to visit family and friends and yet have a quiet and comfortable respite at the end of the day. We highly recommend this location and will be back if our future travels allow.

Check in was fine, Sandi was great. Casita was clean, bed very comfortable. All appliances worked well. I might have missed the dates for the pool as my wife and i brought suits to swim but the pool doesn't open till May. Place was clean and nesr everything, very Quiet and good walking area if you do it early or after sunset.

Our main criteria was to be close to relatives in the area, they were less than 5 miles and 10 minutes away. We intended on spending all of our time with them, no sight seeing, no hiking, no activities, no shopping. I had hoped to spend time in a pool/hot tub. I should have looked closer at the amenities as the pool was a 'share' by the owner and the hot tub was not available to renters. The pictures on vrbo seem to imply that those were private for use by the renters. For those liking a firm bed, this will suit you. We did not use the hide-a-bed. As retired older women, we had difficulty being comfortable in the chairs, part of that was due to multiple back and hip surgeries. Loved having a washer/dryer and the kitchen was very nice. Thank you for having coffee available. The bathroom/shower was equally nice. All of the facilities were very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We may have been loud as far as the owners proximity, but they did not reach out to us. We did not hear them at all even though they were on the other side of a closed door.
