Perfect for our stay

We are a family who was dropping off our freshman for college and wanted a convenient location. This vacation home fit the bill. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed. I was able to work at the desk provided and the internet bandwidth handled my video calls. Communication with the host was perfect. Would stay again.

If you like safe locations, don't stay here.

The smell in the property is so bad that we actually left 2 hours after checking in. When I texted the host to let her know she accused us of "making it up" and "smoking inside the house." We did not receive any check in information from the host but she respond quickly when we told her we were leaving. She denied the refund request. The property is not walking distance to FSU unless you want to cross a busy street or stop by the homeless camp that is set up around the corner.
