House is in a great location. Pool and dock were big hits with the family. Two refrigerators were very helpful as well. Front door lock was very poor. Grill was garbage.

Better than described!

Relaxing, comfortable and roomy stay with the most amazing sunsets you can view from the pool. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house was built for large families/groups and kids in mind. Every detail of the home was well thought out and just made every aspect of our stay convenient. We will absolutely recommend this home and we’ll certainly be coming back in tue future.

The pool was smaller than it looked. It had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool needed shock, brushing, etc. The filter would not stay running. He apologized for the condition of the pool. He gave us his cell phone number, and we phoned him a couple of times for service when the filter stopped running. The grill and grilling area were separated from the pool and tables. The photographs made me think the entire area was open/connected, which would have been more inviting. The gate leading from the pool to the dock was attached using zip ties, and we had to tighten screws to keep it from coming off. We put in a lock repair order to access the lower lever storage area (it would not open using the code we were given - turns out the code was good, but the lock was not working properly). We had trouble getting the electronic door lock to the house to open. It was very inconvenient and did not work well. There were loose boards on two steps leading from the lower level up into the house, and two of our party had minor falls. There was an ant problem around the kitchen sink and in an upstairs bedroom. There were no box springs on the beds, only lumpy, well-worn mattresses. My mattress pitched me to the floor when I rolled over in bed one night. One of the coffee makers did not work. The dishwashers were hard to use. This was not a luxury unit by any means.

Your comments about the pool, pool filter, and cleanliness have been shared with the owner and our maintenance team so the pool can be thoroughly serviced. We apologize for the safety and access issues you described. The gate, loose step boards, and the malfunctioning locks are being addressed with priority after hearing your report. We also shared the ant concern, the nonworking coffee maker, and the dishwasher difficulty with maintenance and pest control so those items can be corrected. Your feedback about mattresses and box springs has been passed to the owner for evaluation and potential replacement. Guest safety and comfort are important to us — we regret the falls and the overall inconvenience you experienced.
