The approximately 50 square meters apartment with balcony, beautiful sea view is located in the 4th. Floor of the well maintained apartment complex directly on the sea, private sandy beach and large swimming pool. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with large shower, toilet and two sleeping areas with a total of 4 beds and a beautiful living, dining area. Two beach chairs or Sun loungers belong to the apartment and are included in the price. Of course, TV and internet are available free of charge. The air conditioner can be used both for cooling and for heating. Thus, a stay for our guests from early April to late October is possible. For the car is a private lockable garage space available.
