We had a Golf group of 20 men and with the size of the house and the property. You never felt like there was 20 people in the house at all. We allready decided to rent it again next year for our annual Golf trip to the Poconos.

We have stayed here twice now with our large group of friends, and it never disappoints. First, the house is well stocked with just about everything you can think of, second if for some reason there is an issue, Charlie is sent out immediately. Tina and Boris never disappoint and are always there for anything you need. Looking forward to our next stay already.

Plenty of room to spread out with a group of 20 adult family members and 4 young children! Hosts were responsive and professional communicators and facilities were enjoyed. Beds very comfortable and wonderful memories made...highly recommend

Having 10 bedrooms allowed everyone to have a place to sleep and there was also room in the upstairs loft area and the basement. The pool and hot tub and table games were a hit too

Tina and Boris were exceptional hosts of a fantastic property. A group of childhood friends and our families (15 adults, 14 children, ages 1-10) enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, playing in the (enormous!) basement, and proximity to Camelback and Sky Lodge. The hosts checked in on us and were very accommodating when our car battery died and we required a late check-out. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Overnight Retreat

This was the perfect space for our large group to spend a relaxing evening together with all of the amenities for cooking and entertainment. The beds were extremely comfortable as well! The virtual guest guidebook was very thorough and answered any questions we had.

My family of 24 have been to many different homes for Thanksgiving and everybody unanimously agreed that this was the best of all. The kitchen was really great, lots of room, two ovens, two sinks, and really well stocked. The sauna and game room were big hits as well. The host was very welcoming and checked in before during and after to make sure everything was good.

Great Space for Groups

The house has ample space for groups and is close to many outdoor activities. Tina and Boris were exceptionally responsive to text and call both before and during the stay and checked in on our group even afterwards looking for any feedback to make stay for future groups better!
