About this property

Welcome to our charming Chautauqua lakefront cottage offering the best views, breeze and sunset. Wake up to ducks calling and the fresh lake air.

Drink your morning coffee in the sunroom or deck overlooking the lake. Don’t forget the s’mores with the stamped concrete fire pit.

All the Comforts of home on the lake! Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, sun room. A/C and furnace. Linens included. Wi-Fi, cable and smart TV available for use.

Bedroom 1- king, Bedroom 2- queen

Both cottage/loft style bedrooms are located upstairs.

Our first bedroom has a Queen bed. This bedroom is located at the top of the stairs landing. It is light and airy with cozy linens. True to cottage style-a divider/curtain is provided for sleeping, changing privacy.

Walk through the Queen bedroom to the second bedroom.

The second bedroom is lakefront with a comfortable King bed and lovely linens. The King bedroom has a television and door for privacy from the first bedroom.

The living room offers a reclining sofa and loveseat. There is room for queen air mattress (provided) if requested.

All bed and bath linens included.

Bring your fishing poles and boat for the private 120 foot dock. Dock is in the water from Early May - October.

Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap house 2 miles away.

Peekn’Peak and Holiday Valley Resorts 30 miles away. Bring your snow mobiles and snow shoes for your winter getaway.

Great Place

This is a wonderful little house right on the lake shore with a beautiful view of sunsets, boats, birds and more from the enclosed porch which is also the dining area, or walk right out over the water on the private pier. Everything was as advertised and there are lots of nice details like deck chairs, a fire pit, fast internet, a well appointed kitchen, coffee makers, Roku, and even a motion-sensing nightlight on the stairs. The decorating is warm and tasteful, and the whole place is really comfortable and relaxing. There are other houses on either side, with one quite close, and I assume they'd be occupied in the summer season, but the area was pretty empty when we were there. It might be good to know that access to the single upstairs bedroom is through the area with the 2nd double bed, so there's not a lot of privacy. This was our first trip to Chatauqua, but I expect we'll go back, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Growing up I spent my summers in the waters of Lake Chautauqua. My family owns their own lake house about a mile away, and now we have the opportunity to extend our paradise to you with Bon Bini CHQ.

Our property has so much to offer as well as our personal knowledge and experience of the area and Lake.

The welcome binder will include all the best options for dining, exploring and boating!

As soon as you walk through the door you will feel the comfort and ambience of a lakeside cottage. Decorated adorably and stocked with all of your needs, you will Instantly feel at home.

The view keeps getting better as you progress towards the lake. A sunroom filled with a stocked coffee bar extends out to a wraparound porch fully equipped with a dining table, umbrella, grill and lounge chases.

A raised concrete pad has a fire pit in Adirondack chairs for evening fires.

A 40 foot dock with ladders and boat extensions for fishing, swimming, and boating tops the cake!
