"Zonnewende"! Wonderfully located directly on the water you will find our holiday home in Seepark Nordhorn.
Equipped to a high standard, it offers comfort on two floors for up to six people.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays 10, - € per night.
City tax does not apply. Costs for electricity, gas and water are included.
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and food can be ordered for a fee.

On the ground floor you will find in the spacious living / dining area a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for a relaxed cooking pleasure. A large dining table invites you to enjoy together.

The adjoining living area with sofa, reading area and fireplace offers a special atmosphere with its open gallery. A large smart TV, radio / CD / MP3 player and Blu-ray player with a selection of movies provide entertainment. WLAN in our house of course free of charge.

The modern wellness bath with whirlpool, sauna and shower leaves nothing to be desired and provides for soothing relaxation.

The entire basement has underfloor heating.

Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms, each with double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with additional TV (Smart TV).

From the gallery you can enjoy, for. For example, with a good book, a wonderful view of the lake. Two additional sleeping spaces are provided by the comfortable sofa bed.

Furthermore, there is a second toilet upstairs.

The spacious terrace in south-west orientation overlooking the lake offers space for rest and relaxation. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sunbed are waiting for their use.

Washing machine, baby cot with mattress, highchair and footrests are also available.
