Welcome to your cosy 2-room apartment on the mezzanine level—the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday!
With approximately 45 m², this holiday apartment for 1–3 people offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The light-filled living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, an LED TV, a radio, and an inviting dining area. The west-facing balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset after a day at the beach.
The well-equipped kitchen features an electric stove with an oven and a refrigerator, so you can prepare your favourite meals. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm, separate mattresses) to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet rounds out the amenities.
A parking space (No. 11) is available right next to the house. Inside the building, you’ll also find a bicycle storage room and a washing machine for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is also available (no liability for service disruptions).
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The daily rate is based on up to two people; an additional charge of 5 euros per day applies for extra guests. Since there are no postbox keys, mail forwarding is not possible.

Schöne, saubere, zentrale Wohnung. Herr und Frau Petersen sind sehr gute Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereiten, antworten schnell auf Mails und Anrufe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
