This fully renovated Coral Falls condo is a show stopper. With top of the line finishes and a pleasing aesthetic, you will undoubtedly live in luxury on your vacation. Located in Lely Resort, 15 minutes to Marco Island and 15 minutes to downtown Naples, this is the ideal location. 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Living room with beautiful wainscoting, comfortable seating, and flat screen TV. Pretty lanai with views of lushly landscaped pool and tiki huts. This condo is top notch!

For rentals over 20 days a mid-stay cleaning fee of $100 will be applied.

This unit is one of just a couple in Coral Falls with option to access The Players Club and Spa. Guests interested in access to Players Club Spa (spa, gym, lunch/dinners, and resort-style pools) should inquire with the owner about guest access and daily fees to accommodate requests.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. If was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relaxed fun spot away from home. The pool and hot tub were very close by for a quick swim and never overcrowded. We spent many afternoons at the Players Club which is a nice option to enjoy. The owner was very helpful and quick to answer our questions. Location perfect for midway between Marco & downtown Naples.

Beautiful Naples Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked and comfortable. The host, Sarah, was very nice and responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was great, very accommodating. She was fast to reply and the condo was very clean. The only thing we did not know or like about our stay was that the pool and hot tub close at dusk. Which is normally our favorite time to go sit in it.

Lely Condo

This property was clean and well equipped. We liked the extra touches ...an Alexa to play music...a nice clock in the bedroom that wasn't bright..blue light which was soothing in a bedroom.

I have flipped several homes in my town, and I love seeing a property that needs TLC and bringing it back to life. I crave warm weather where we can walk to town, go to the farmer's market, and enjoy our small town.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo in March 2022 knowing it needed to be reimagined. We loved the Lely Resort community and knew we could make this home perfect. We renovated the entire unit, so we could enjoy it as a family and allow other people to enjoy it as well. You will find everything you need in Coral Falls. There's a wonderful private pool set amongst tiki huts and a pool house perfect for reading and relaxing. There are wonderful walking paths, and the location is close to everything you'll need. We are a 15 min. drive to downtown Naples and 15 min. drive to Marco Island. We hope you'll enjoy our slice of paradise as much as we do.
