Let us be a part of helping your family catch up for lost time! Our home is large enough to accommodate up to 12 people. This Beautiful 5-bedroom x 5.5 bathrooms (*** ALL BEDROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOMS ***) is located in one of Central Florida's newest Resort Community of Windsor Island. Windsor Island is a 24 x 7 manned -gated community located just south of US 192 on Hwy 27. It is located within easy access to the various theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. and approximately 90 minutes form some of Florida's most attractive beaches like Clearwater beach on the west coast & Daytona beach on the east coast. There is a master bedroom downstairs with private walkout to the heated pool. Smart Televisions are in all rooms with large screen Televisions in the main living area and loft. There is a covered lanai with heated pool where the family can hang out and relax while enjoying a BBQ.

The house was perfect for our large group of 7. The pool was awesome, we all enjoyed it. Any issue that we had, our host was right on it and took care of it. Example, washer machine was leaking. Repair guy came and said it was good. Started leaking again. Next day, new washing machine was delivered. Would recommend staying here and would stay again if ever in Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is an excellent house for an adult family or group. It was difficult finding a house that had all adult bedrooms. This was perfect because each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for us!!!! The host was always available when we had any questions and kind. I was definitely stay again

Nice home, but not well stocked. Not enough shower towels or rags. Not as clean as it should have been (floors and showers were not very clean) some of the sheets had stains, check in process(line) took up too much time of our first evening. Security was very aggressive(we were barely on the sidewalk with the noise of our van)threatening to tow. Power went out in two of the bedrooms on the last night. The neighbors were EXTREMELY loud with their music to the point we were not able to use the pool at the house. Asked for an extra hour to check out(11 instead of 10) due to power issue and was denied.

Regarding cleanliness, we reviewed the photos and documentation from our cleaning team completed before your arrival and did not find evidence supporting the concerns mentioned about the floors, showers, or linens. However, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue monitoring these areas. The security process at the community entrance is managed by the community security team, and we do not have control over their procedures or wait times. Similar to airport security, delays can occur. Regarding the vehicle, community rules do not allow vehicles on sidewalks. Whether a portion or the entire vehicle is on the sidewalk, security is required to enforce these regulations. Noise from neighboring properties is outside of our control. This is why we provide guests with the community noise ordinance information and the proper steps to follow if excessive noise occurs. Regarding the power issue, a localized outage affecting only certain bedrooms is typically related to a tripped breaker, which can usually be reset. We regret the inconvenience; however, because another guest was arriving immediately after your departure, we were unable to extend checkout as our cleaning team needed timely access to prepare the home. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a quality experience for all guests.

We had an amazing stay at this Windsor Island Resorts property and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our much-needed family vacation. The home is absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We loved being so close to everything Orlando has to offer, while still having our own private oasis to come back to and unwind after long days at the parks. The neighborhood itself is lovely and added to the overall experience. Had a few issues, owner was able to remedy them quickly. Master bedroom mattress is very hard, as are the others upstairs. Not a fan of the tv reception, missed watching the National news the entire time we were there. Could use more fry pans & mixing/serving bowls. Also some hot pads, none to be found. Cleaning crew could be a bit more attentive, dining table still had sticky spots on it. We enjoyed the pool, when the weather allowed. Having all the bedrooms and baths worked out great. Lots of space.
