The main floor features an updated, open concept kitchen, dining area and living room plus sunroom and walkout to the patio and spacious backyard. Upstairs features three bedrooms and two full baths including a walkout to the screen porch and balcony. The lowest floor is an open studio with a king bed, futon bed/couch and living area with tv as well as its own outdoor access.

Three blocks to downtown Southern Pines! Plenty of things to do and everything you need is within walking distance. The backyard is awesome and the balcony/porch is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning!

Visiting my mom for a long weekend in Southern Pines. This charming house is located super close to downtown. Plenty of room for the two of us. Check in was super simple. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Very quiet neighborhood. Super quaint area. Grocery store is close by in Aberdeen. Plenty of restaurants downtown and again in near by Aberdeen. Host was super easy to get in touch with and answered our questions quickly. Check out was just as easy. REALLY enjoyed our stay. We will be staying again on our next trip.

Wedding week!

The house was everything we needed and the location to town was perfect. Our son was getting married at 305 Trackside so being able to arrive early made it easy to set up the Venue. We would walk to town for dinner, shopping and treats from the icecream shop. Everyday strangers would wave and say hello while you walked the town. We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a golf tournament with our sons and it was perfect! Great setup for 2 families and close to great restaurants and shops and all the courses. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
