This special home is over 100 years old and nestled in historic downtown Southern Pines. Secluded on a private, wooded lot just blocks from Broad Street, this unique space offers both privacy and accessibility to local shops, breweries, and community events. Relax at the house and enjoy the comfortable screened in front porch or take a short walk to see all that Southern Pines has to offer!

All furniture and kitchen appliances are new and updated. Nightstands in the bedrooms have power outlets and device charging capability. We want everything to be as convenient as possible for our guests!
