This was our second year staying at this lovely property that is perfect for a multi-generational family. Great location, close to the ski slopes, spacious home and full of light, well stocked kitchen, baths, and game room and wonderful hot tub. The property manager is highly responsive and accommodating. Ideal place any time of year.

The large sleeping capacity, combined large kitchen and family room and outdoor space including a fire pit and hot tub combined to make this a perfect place.

Family Gathering

Our stay was awesome! We had a wedding to attend a few miles away so a number of us stayed at the house. The listing was 100% accurate! Everyone had a great time, kids loved the game room. This is definitely a spot for families with kids!

Wedding Weekend

Family friendly hime

This house ideally suited the needs of our multigenerational family, with things to amuse all ages. It is spacious just as the listing indicated and it is generously appointed with a full suite of amenities, even such as spare toothbrushes.Quiet, picturesque setting near to skiing and the lake. Ample parking. Would be happy to return in any season.

Newbury house for family reunion

Samantha was a delight to work with; personable, proactive, prompt responses, etc. The house was exactly as advertised; clean, spacious, with lots of towels, sheets, pillows, comforters, etc. Beautiful setting; safe, quiet, perfect for a family reunion. All we had to purchase was our food. Kitchen is well stocked, enough silverware, glasses, plates, etc. I would definitely rent any property from Samantha!

Salem State University The Brotherhood Retreat

I booked a weekend stay on behalf of The Brotherhood: Men of Color Success Initiative at Salem State University. Samantha was a fantastic host from an organizing perspective. She was communicative, transparent, and answered my questions efficiently and effectively. She even refunded us for refilling the propane tank for the gas grill. Here is a review from The Brotherhood advisor, who stayed on the property with our students: "Sam—Thank you for sharing your beautiful Newbury, NH property with the SSU Brotherhood program. We had a fantastic time during our stay. The views and scenery are breathtaking and inspiring. Our students enjoyed every single moment while chilling and playing in the backyard. Sam is a fantastic host, very kind/attentive, and ready to answer any questions. The property was that and more of what we expected. Sunapee home

This was a beautiful spacious house with common areas that had ample room for everyone. The dining table could seat 12 which was important to us. There is a game room and hot tub on the lower level which the teenagers enjoyed. For summer rentals, there are lovely outdoor spaces. There is one bedroom on the first floor which could be important to some groups. It is very close to Sunapee for hiking and skiing. The only problems we had were with the heat and hot water which I attribute to the property being a new rental. The owner was extremely responsive when we had a problem.
