Büsum-Perle: Your domicile in the heart of Büsum

My newly renovated, comfortable two-room apartment is loving for 2, at times max. 4 people and is located on the 2nd Floor. Whether in the morning for breakfast or in the evening after visiting the beach: the south balcony invites you to relax and linger.

The apartment has its own parking space.

The apartment also has a lockable bicycle garage.

Bed linen and towels can be booked for an additional charge (18, - Euro p. P.)

A kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The microwave, the oven and the induction cooker invite you to cook. The spacious fridge incl. Ice compartment leaves nothing to be desired.

In the living area there is a TV with a pull-out sofa bed. The dining area is furnished with 2 chairs and a bench.

On the upper floor of the maisonette there is a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed incl. TV.

A supermarket and bakery is in 150m. The first restaurants are in 350m.
The beach promenade, the pedestrian zone, the lagoon and the harbor can be found in an 800m walk around the apartment. The apartment is in the heart of Büsum

Ich hatte mir die Rezensionen voriger Urlauber angesehen online und dachte mir ach das ist alles Monate her. Da werden die Mängel schon beseitigt worden sein...leider wurde ich und meine Tochter eines besseren belehrt.Auf jedem Polster Flecken,Man hat Angst gehabt die Badezimmer Tür zu schließen,weil der Türgriff am seidenen Faden hing.Die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann nicht von 2 Personen genutzt werden...die Federn liegen offen .Duschen war auch kein Highlight...die Dusche schließt nicht richtig. Ein Spalt von 10 cm bleibt offen. Den Schimmel in den Ecken möchte man nicht erwähnen. Der Föhn ist schon völlig angeschmort an der Düse.Wenn man die steile Treppe nach oben geht,ist dort rechts eine offe Steckdose!Zum Küchen Inventar kann ich nur sagen...der blanke hohn...die Töpfe verlieren den Griff. Es soll Geschirr für 4 Personen da sein,aber nur 2 Speiseteller vorhanden. Spülmittel und Schwamm zum abwaschen kann man lange suchen.Das WLAN funktioniert,aber auf dem Balkon nicht mehr.
Türklinke für das Badezimmer fällt fast ab.

Büsum sensationell- FeWo katastrophal

Im Zugang zur Wohnung stand ein Staubsauger, dass man annehmen konnte, die Wohnung selbst zur Abreise reinigen zu müssen. In der Wohnung konnten wir schnell feststellen, dass es kein Versehen war, den Staubsauger dahin zu stellen - Überall Staub und Dreck. Die Sitzmöbel verfleckt und sehr runter gekommen. Die Dusche voll mit Schimmel. Die Leiter unters Dach sehr steil, nicht für ältere und mobil eingeschränkte Menschen geeignet. Keine Beleuchtung um Nachts zur Toilette zu gehen.Unterm Dach war auf einer Verteilerdose kein Deckel - sehr gefährlich. Ich hatte Kontakt mit dem Hausmeisterdienst und dem Vermieter, von Beiden bekamen wir keine Unterstützung, um wenigstens Kleinigkeiten zu beheben. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Zimmer Ok , aber !!!!

Die Begrüßung vorm Zimmer war ein Staubsauger der ein in den Arm genommen hat .Die Türen schleifen und Schließen nur mit Gewalt Heizung im Badezimmer ist defekt Die Couch ist defekt und Schmutzig beim Ausziehen fällt Sie auseinander , Die Bestuhlung ist sehr wackelig nix für alte Leute ,Der Weg zu den Betten ist sehr Steil musten auch mit der Couch vorlieb nehmen Rollo vom Fenster kann man nur auf den Schrank sehenDas Zimmer ist ansich Gut aber Die Möbel sollten mal erneuert werden und in der Beschreibung mal erwähnen das die Treppe nach oben 52Grad Steigung hat und hohe Stufen .Die Bewertung ist noch Gut hätte noch mehr schreiben könnenhier werde Ich nicht mehr buchen SORRY

Dachgeschoss ohne Türe! WC nicht abschließbar

Leider schlecht geschlafen, da man sich wegen der fehlenden Türe gegenseitig geweckt hat.

Bitte nachbessern!

Die Wohnung ist zwar renoviert, das Bad aber leider nicht berücksichtigt worden. Schimmel in der Dusche. Waschbecken und Toilette sehr tief gesetzt. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer sollte ausgetauscht oder zumindest dringend gereinigt werden. Ein offene Steckdose auf dem Weg nach oben ist sehr gefährlich. Lieber Inhaber dieser Wohnung: Bitte nachbessern! Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Potential!

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Leider schlechte Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist auch leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa war ziemlich schmuddelig ,der Spülkasten im Bad hing sehr schief,Küchenschränke waren etwas schmuddelig. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Alles in bester Ordnung

Der Aufenthalt in Büsum war spitze. Der Strand und die "Fressmeile" sind in etwa 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Gemütlicher Winterurlaub

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung einen sehr angenhemen Winterurlaub verbraucht. Die zentrale Lage lädt zu langen Spaziergängen zum Strand und in die Stadt ein, doch kann man es sich, wenn einem zu kalt, wieder in der Wohnung gemütlich machen. Diese ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und wunderbar ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schöne Zeit und würden uns auf jeden Fall nochmal für diese Wohnung entscheiden.
