If you’re looking for a great space for a large group this is perfect. Great location. Elevator didn’t work which was not ideal and the stairs are very steep so beware. Overall, we had a good time.

Awesome vacation!!!

Most definitely will stay again at the property. Weather wasnt the most pleasant but we were able to take our boat out to sea and fish. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Family beach trip

The house was very spacious, so everyone was comfortable which was great for our huge family and was also very close to the beach. Very peaceful as well. We Would definitely lodge here again in the future.

This house needs a little more attention before you rent again. Place is filthy. Mold in the bathroom with tub. Ceiling fans are filthy. Windows haven’t been cleaned in what looks like years. Floors are so dirty we didn’t dare go barefoot. Took a pot out if cupboard and it had old grease in it. Like and inch. I had to scrape it out and wash with Dawn. Every pan had to be scrubbed before use. Sheet pans had rust everywhere. Covered them with foil to use. Dishes are old and need to be replaced. Spend some money on some useful utensils too. Outside also needs some attention. Use a blower or broom to clean car ports. No beach toys as stated. We had 4 small beach towels to use. Do not advertise an elevator. This is screwed shut and you cannot use. Not so good for elderly. We had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The host was not available. We could not reach him when we tried to get in. Sent messages and none were answered. This is not the way you do business.

I’m also sorry you had trouble reaching me when you arrived. I understand how frustrating that must have been. For clarity to future guests, the elevator was removed from the listing months before this stay and is not an advertised amenity. I understand that carrying belongings up the stairs was difficult, and I appreciate you raising the accessibility concern. I’m addressing the cleaning issues you described and reviewing the cookware, dishes, towels, and beach supplies. Your feedback helps me give future guests a better experience.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious house! Everything was perfect. The two large screened in porches are fantastic. The surrounding trees provide a lot of privacy and character. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Superior retreat

Business retreat and fishing trip. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our group of fishermen. Everyone had their own bedroom and is convenient to center of island. Will gladly book again.
