About this property

This family-friendly ranch-style home is less than 2 minutes to I-25. Close to Boulder, Downtown Denver, DIA, Fort Collins, Estes Park, Loveland, Longmont, and many hiking and biking trails. Less than 1.5hrs to ski resorts.

New home built in 2018 in family-friendly neighbohood with office, wifi, tv's and cozy beds for everyone. Full kitchen, 2 car garage parking, washer and dryer, covered front and back patios. Fenced-in back yard.

Best Child/Family Friendly Home I've Ever Been In!

I am a mom of two toddlers and I don't even think I could have even made my home as children safe and fun as this host did. My husband and I were so incredibly thankful for how thoughtfully prepared she made this home. The house was spotless. And trust me, that's a number one concern for me. I travel a lot for work and have grown tired of hotels. This was my first VRBO experience and I must say I will never be going back to hotels when my family travels with me. Thank you for such a magnificent stay!
