'Nordic'. Following the motto "Water, Fitness & Fun", you will find a very tastefully furnished and fully equipped holiday house in the Nordic style, with its own fenced garden directly on the lake.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays 7.50 € extra bed per night (maximum of 2 persons extra bed possible).
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. Electricity costs (0.35 € per kWh), gas (0.98 € per m³) and water (6.50 € per m³) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and food can be ordered for a fee.

The large holiday home "Nordic" has been created on the ground floor with WZ / EZ / 3 x bedroom / 2 x bathroom / terrace completely handicapped accessible (exception: kitchen). The sauna is even accessible by wheelchair.

The open kitchen with full equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

It has a sauna, whirlpool, underfloor heating (EC), fireplace, fitness equipment (elliptical machines & ergometers) and relaxation loungers in the gallery, many media (games, books, CDs, DVDs), multiple TVs, Blue Ray player, a WII Console with a wide selection of games, as well as Wi-Fi.

Child-safe sockets, stair gates, high chair / table / bed, clothes dryer, ironing equipment, mosquito screens, games and a enclosed garden are just some of the items that are especially for young families.

A garden shed allows safe and dry storage of bicycles and the possibility to charge electric bikes.

From the garden with large south-facing terrace you can reach the lake in a few steps, where you can simply enjoy nature.

The light-flooded and cozy holiday home is surrounded by greenery on a small lake and yet very central. Within a few minutes you can reach the versatile Nordhorn town center ("Wasserstadt Nordhorn"), the leisure center with heated swimming pool, multipurpose / game room, the skating rink or the very popular Nordhorner Tierpark. Thanks to the extensive network of cycle paths, you can easily reach the neighboring county of Bentheim as well as the neighboring Netherlands.
