About this property

"FeWo Tante Ju" with a view of the Bauhaus in Dessau-Roßlau

The spacious apartment (70 sqm) is located on the top floor of our house next to the Bauhaus library and 1 minute (100 m) from the Bauhaus. This can already be seen from the window. The master houses, the Georgengarten and other sights can be reached on foot, by bike or by public transport.

The "FeWo Aunt Ju" has 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom double bed, 2nd Bedroom 2 single beds), living room (additional sleeping space for 5th and 6th Person), spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower / bathtub. From the open hallway / entrance area you can access one of the bathroom doors and the other door to the other rooms in the apartment. WiFi and TV (in the living room and in the 2nd SZ) as well as towels and bed linen are included.

We look forward to welcoming you to "FeWo Tante Ju". Enjoy the view to the Bauhaus as well as the central location. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the "Bauhaus" and the "Meisterhäuser" and was built in 1936. At that time it was inhabited by engineers from Junkers Flugzeug- und Motorenwerke. The staff rooms used to be on the top floor.

The property is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours on the Fürst-Franz-Weg to Wörlitzer Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the entire Dessau-Wörlitz garden kingdom, the Elberadweg and the Mulderadweg. Bicycle rental is possible on request.

The next bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes, from here line 10 "Bauhauslinie" runs, with which you can easily reach all other Bauhaus sights (arcade houses, steel house, historical employment office).

Arbeiten und Urlaub

Wir durften eine Woche bei Olivia verbringen. Der CheckIn über einen Schlüsseltresor war echt unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Toll war, dass es sogar für den ersten Kaffee alles gab und wir anschließend Einkaufen gehen konnten. Das Badezimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es liegt außerhalb der Wohnung auf dem gleichen Flur. Nach einem halben Tag Arbeit haben wir Dessau und Umgebung erkundet. Wir würden diese Art "Urlaub" in dieser Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wohnung mit Geschichte

Man wohnt in einem Haus aus dem Jahr 1936 mit Blick auf das Bauhaus-Gebäude mit einigen schönen Details aus der Zeit wie alte Balken, Türen und Holzfussböden. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Große Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet und für uns perfekt gelegen. Ein Stern Abzug bei der Sauberkeit wegen hier und da Staub/Spinnweben, nicht ganz sauberem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und schmutzigem Geschirr. Außerdem stand zwar in der Beschreibung, dass man vom offenen Flur/Eingangsbereich ins Bad kommt, uns ist aber erst vor Ort klar geworden, dass dies bedeutet, dass man die eigentliche Wohnung verlassen und über den Hausflur ins Bad gehen muss (und den Kopf wegen kleiner Tür und Dachbalken einziehen). Gerade nachts mit kleinem Kind fanden wir das nicht so angenehm. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Woche.

Dessau ist einen Besuch wert

Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, kein Aufzug, aber sehr geräumig und schön, ruhige Lage, man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt und es lohnt sich Dessau und Umgebung anzuschauen, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Das Bad hat eine schräge Wand, für große Gäste könnte es eng werden, für den Einstieg in die Badewanne braucht es ein wenig Sportlichkeit, den die Badewanne ist hoch und es gibt keine Griffe. Zu empfehlen ist ein eigenes Kopfkissen mitzubringen, denn hier wie auch anderswo sind die Kopfkissen ein Graus.

Tolle Wohnung beim Bauhaus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der gemütlichen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Bauhaus (200m)! Der Checkin war leicht mit Schlüsselbox und alles war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und engagiert den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Nur zu empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was vorhanden sein sollte. Badezimmer war für uns, da wir sehr groß sind am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber ansonsten alles perfekt.
