The property is 6.5 miles fron Lost Key Golf Club, 5 miles away from Perdido Golf Course, and 6.7 miles from the NAS Golf Course.

The main living area offers an open floor plan ideal for large gatherings of families and friends. Open the doors to enjoy the 800 sq ft deck overlooking the waterfront views of Big Lagoon and the National Seashore. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a quick snack at the island bar or a delicious family dinner around the handcrafted 10 ft table. Two of the 4 bdrms have king beds and smart tvs. The bunk room has two sets of triple bunks for the kiddos to enjoy while watching their favorite shows on a smart tv. The third bdrm features two full beds and a smart tv. An elevator is available for our guests to use. The spacious laundry room provides our guests with a commercial washer and dryer. The 4 car garage has 3 garage doors, 1 door opens up to the back side of the home.

Our guests will have access to the entire home and private dock. Boats are allowed. The 4-car garage is available for our guests to use.

This property is minutes away from the PENSACOLA PASS which leads to the GULF OF MEXICO. The area waterways offer so many fun activities. Boating, fishing, scuba diving on local man-made reefs, water skiing and tubing. Sand Island, a fun place to anchor up and enjoy large sand dunes and locals relaxing the day away is East of the home, a short boat ride away.The Navy's Blue Angels practice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Watch from the balcony, dock or your boat as they execute thrilling flight maneuvers !

To the West is Orange Beach, Ono Island, The Wharf and the Alabama Pass. Several marinas and waterfront restaurants are available to boaters and Land Lovers.

Other than a snafu with the Lock Box Code, which was promptly resolved when I called, the house was beautiful and the location very nice! Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Very very clean! We had 4 adults and 3 children and a dog. Lots of room and well equipped. It was located off the beaten path on the bayside between Pensacola and Perdido Key. Great pier but listing stated and showed three pics of underwater lights for night fishing……they did not work…..big disappointment. I felt the Property Manager tried to get owner to rectify problem but that did not happen. The Manager brought us two portable submersible lights on the third night. Although we appreciated the effort, the lights did not illuminate as shown on listing.

An Oasis

We came here to have a quiet Christmas, and the property did not disappoint. The deck was amazing and the dock was fantastic. Great communication with the host. Would definitely come back!

We absolutely LOVED this house! Plenty of space and nice big yard for our doggie. The view is amazing and the house had everything we needed and more!! We will definitely be back!
