LUCA: House for 2 + 2 people, 70m2, on two floors and with a small cellar.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room with a sofa bed, TV and fireplace.
On the first floor there is the bedroom with a double bed (it is possible to prepare an extra bed on request) and the bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a table football and darts.
In the garden there is the terrace with a stone table, the grill and a parking space.

It is particularly suitable for everyone who wants to experience life in the country without sacrificing the usual comfort.
