High quality cottage right on the lake

'Seeschlößchen-Nordhorn'. Our holiday home is located in the Seepark Nordhorn directly at a small lake.
Seeschlößchen Seepark is located on the edge of the city center of Nordhorn. The city center is only a few meters, so that all shops are also within walking distance. The Seepark, located in the countryside, immediately adjoins the Grafschafter Radwegenetz and invites you to go on long bike rides.

In the restaurant "Pier 99" on the nearby Vechtesee you have the possibility to have a coffee or to linger for a long dinner. The leisure facilities near the Seepark are large, so there is something for everyone. The Seeschlößchen has a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the sun over the day and end the day with a glass of wine in the evening.

The open kitchen with the adjoining light-filled dining room, the well-being is guaranteed in the Seeschlößchen from the first day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The bright living room with a view of the open gable and a stove provide a high degree of coziness. Other amenities include a stereo and a flat-screen TV.

A modern, high-quality wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool provides rest and relaxation. Here you can relax to your heart's content and relax really well.
Over an open staircase you come to the gallery, which is equipped with 2 relaxation loungers to relax. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view. In a comfortably furnished bedroom you will find your well-deserved rest. A second bedroom is right next door and another toilet on this floor adds to the comfort.

A washing machine is in the utility room at leisure.

Hallo,die Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem mormalen Standart!Die Sessel und Sofa klein,tief,sehr unbequem,völlig abgenutzt,nichts für ältere Besucher!Der angebliche Fernseher war etwas größer als ein Computerbildschirm!Die Toilettendeckel abgenutzt,Duschkabine undicht(Dichtungen),die Mischbatterie in der Küche defekt(starke Verkalkungen)und sehr wenig Inventar(Gläser)!MfG Rolf Gralla, werden dort nicht mehr hinfahren!!

Es war einfach nicht sauber. Wir waren schon häufiger in diesem Haus und es ist mittlerweile ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen – das wäre weiter nicht schlimm, wenn wenigstens die Matratzen mal erneuert werden würden. Aber die sehen übel aus und es war wirklich nicht sauber.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf diesem Park üblich gut. Minuspunkt war die Dusche, da die Temperatur nicht gut zu regulieren war und das TV is auch nicht gerade aktuell. Dadurch konnte man nur deutsches TV schauen. Wifi könnte auch besser sein.

Leider kein Hinweis auf Fluglärm (militärisch) in der Buchungszeit (ab Sep.) neuerdings viel Partylärm. Basisausstattung fehlt (Handbesen, Kaminhandschuh) oder ist defekt (Kaminwerkzeug, Herdlicht, Stehlampe, Verkleidung Badewanne, Duschlippe, Gardinenstange im Zimmer oben (links), Nachtischboards im Zimmer oben (rechts), Terrasse). Insgesamt sehr unsauber und zerwohnt (Hundefutter und Zigarettenkippen vom Vormieter), Fensterscheiben und -rahmen superdreckig ebenso Sofa, Fernbedienung, Klorollenhalter, Teppich (s. Fotos) und auch überall Spinnenweben und tote Insekten. Die Lampe über dem Esstisch (höhenverstellbar) war auch zu dreckig zum Benutzen, ebenso der Spiegel im Bad. WLan ist instabil und funktioniert vor allem oben nicht. Die Matratzenschoner sind verschlissen und die Bettinlets zum Teil vergilbt. TV ist total veraltet und für die Entfernung ungeeignet.

Verlängertes Wochenende im Spätherbst

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Ferienhaus war gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und dennoch verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden, so daß wir Geschäfte und Gastronomie mit dem Rad in fünf Minuten erreichen konnten. Das Radwegenetz ist sehr gut ausgebaut. Wir haben eine schöne Auszeit genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen, die Sauna heizte nicht ausreichend auf und das Holz der Veranda vor der Küche teilweise morsch.

Uns hat das Haus, mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten, sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, ebenso wie die Whirlpool Badewanne.

Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Wir haben schöne Tage im Ferienhaus Seepark verbracht. Das Haus ist ganz toll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wurde. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir haben es sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
